Digital Transformation Project Manager (SCM) (Remote)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Transformation Project Manager to oversee the development, implementation, and management of our logistics and transportation applications. This role will serve as a bridge between the Operations team, Technology team, and external solution providers, ensuring seamless alignment of requirements and successful execution of digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and proficiency in agile methodologies.

          •         Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

          •         Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with organizational objectives.

          2.       Stakeholder Alignment

          •         Act as the primary liaison between the Operations team, Technical team, and solution providers.

          •         Gather and document requirements, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.

          3.       Application Management

          •         Oversee the implementation and maintenance of SuiteFleet, Ancehnto, and NetSuite ERP.

          •         Identify opportunities for optimization and automation of internal processes.

          4.       Integration Management

          •         Manage the integration of systems with merchant platforms and third-party applications.

          •         Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of integrations.

          5.       Digital Transformation

          •         Lead digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

          •         Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.

          6.       Agile Methodology

          •         Implement and promote agile practices within the project team.

          •         Conduct sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.

          7.       Performance Monitoring

          •         Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

          •         Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and milestones.

          •         Education:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.

          •         Experience:

          •         Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in logistics or transportation.

          •         Proven experience managing enterprise applications such as ERP and logistics solutions.

          •         Technical Skills:

          •         Proficiency in understanding and managing APIs, databases, and system integrations.

          •         Familiarity with SuiteFleet, Ancehnto, and NetSuite ERP is a strong advantage.

          •         Project Management:

          •         Certification in PMP, Scrum Master, or other agile methodologies is a plus.

          •         Hands-on experience with agile project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Azure DevOps.

          •         Soft Skills:

          •         Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

          •         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

          •         Leadership qualities to drive cross-functional teams effectively.

          •         Experience in logistics or transportation industry.

          •         Prior involvement in digital transformation projects.

          •         Understanding of UAE market dynamics and operational challenges.
