A Project Manager in Azdan focused on Oracle products is pivotal for successful project delivery.
Responsibilities: -
Project Planning and Initiation:
• Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Conducting feasibility assessments and risk analysis to ensure project viability.
Team Leadership and Management:
• Building and leading cross-functional project teams, including consultants, analysts, and technical experts.
• Assigning roles and responsibilities, and ensuring effective communication within the team.
• Providing clear direction, guidance, and motivation to team members.
Scope and Change Management:
• Defining and managing project scope, ensuring that changes are properly evaluated and approved.
• Monitoring and controlling scope changes to prevent scope creep.
• Facilitating change management processes as needed to accommodate evolving requirements.
Resource Allocation and Management:
• Coordinating with resource managers to allocate personnel, skills, and expertise as required.
• Optimizing resource utilization to maintain project efficiency and timeline adherence.
Risk Management:
• Identifying project risks and developing strategies to mitigate or respond to them.
• Monitoring risk factors throughout the project lifecycle and adjusting plans accordingly.
• Ensuring project teams are prepared to address unexpected challenges.
Communication and Stakeholder Management:
• Establishing clear lines of communication with clients, stakeholders, and project sponsors.
• Providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and potential risks.
• Managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring alignment with project goals.
Budget and Financial Management:
• Creating and managing project budgets, ensuring financial goals are met.
• Monitoring project expenses and working closely with the Project Controller to control costs.
• Providing financial reports and insights to clients and management.
Quality Assurance and Deliverables:
• Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Implementing quality control processes to identify and address issues promptly.
Vendor and Third-Party Management:
• Collaborating with vendors, contractors, and third-party partners to ensure their contributions align with project goals.
• Managing relationships and contracts with external partners as necessary.
Client Relationship Management:
• Cultivating positive client relationships by addressing concerns, providing updates, and managing expectations.
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project.
Project Monitoring and Reporting:
• Tracking project progress against established milestones and deadlines.
• Generating regular progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Identifying and addressing any deviations from the project plan.
Lessons Learned and Continuous Improvement:
• Conducting post-project reviews to identify successes, challenges, and lessons learned.

Specification (Qualification, Experience, and Skills)
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, technology, or a related field.
• Highly proficient IT skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS projects.
• Excellent written/oral communication skills for reports and presentations.
• Diplomatic ability to influence others at all levels of the business.
• Strong and demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
• Ability to competently mediate disagreements and negotiate agreeable resolutions.
• Fluent in English.
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in project management, preferably in a management consulting firm or within the technology industry, with a focus on Oracle products and solutions.
• Ability to effectively plan, execute, monitor, and control projects of varying sizes and complexities.
