As a Sales Consultant at Azdan, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by effectively promoting and selling Azdan's products and services to our target audience. You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and potential client perceptions, and providing tailored solutions. Understanding Azdan Products and Services
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of Azdan's solutions, including their features, benefits, and unique selling points.
- Stay updated on product enhancements and changes to ensure accurate representation.
Continuous Development and Learning:
- Stay current with industry trends, new product features, and sales techniques through ongoing learning and training.
- Solicit feedback from clients and prospects after presentations or pitches to continuously improve your approach.
- Attend relevant training sessions, webinars, and workshops to enhance sales skills and consider acquiring industry certifications.
Networking and Industry Engagement:
- Cultivating and nurturing robust connections with key decision-makers and influential figures within potential client organizations.
- Actively participate in industry events, webinars, and various networking opportunities.
- Engaging with industry professionals and staying actively involved in relevant events, will broaden your professional network, which can be instrumental in driving business growth and uncovering new opportunities.
Understanding Client Needs and Competitive Landscape:
- Conduct thorough research to gain insights into the needs, pain points, and preferences of the target audience.
- Analyze competitors' offerings, pricing strategies, and value propositions to position Azdan's solutions effectively.
- Use this understanding to create compelling sales strategies and presentations.
- Address objections gracefully, viewing them as opportunities to provide clarity and additional information to prospects.
Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Engage in active listening during client interactions to fully understand their specific requirements and concerns.
- Persistently follow up with potential clients, addressing their concerns and reinforcing the value of Azdan's solutions.
- Maintain the highest standards of honesty and integrity in all client interactions.
- Customize your sales pitch to align with the unique challenges and needs of each client or business.
Sales Pipeline Management and Goal Setting:
- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage prospects, leads, and conversions.
- Determine appropriate next steps for each potential client in the sales funnel.
- Establish and work towards clear sales goals, including lead generation, call quotas, and sales targets.
Collaboration and Time Management:
- Collaborate closely with marketing, support, and consulting teams to leverage their insights and enhance sales efforts.
- Effectively prioritize tasks and manage your time to ensure efficient prospecting, client meetings, and follow-up activities.

Specification (Qualification, Experience, and Skills)
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.
- Fluent in English.
- Extensive experience in B2B ERP/Oracle sales, particularly in the technology or consulting industry.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and advanced sales tools.
- Excellent written/oral communication skills for reports and presentations.
- Highly proficient IT skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS projects.
- Diplomatic ability to influence others at all levels of the business.
- Ability to competently mediate disagreements and negotiate agreeable resolutions.
- Basic knowledge of Oracle products and solutions is a plus.
